Job Description
Summary: Foresight Health is a startup focused on delivering care through partnerships with specialty clinics. They are seeking a Founding BDR to generate and qualify pipeline, act as the first point of contact for providers, and help build an outbound playbook.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify pipeline as our founding BDR, owning top-of-funnel across specialty clinics nationwide
- Be the first point of contact with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators, booking qualified meetings for the sales team and shaping how we talk to the market
- Operate with extreme independence, high volume, and relentless intensity
- Run high-volume outbound across calls, email, and other channels to source qualified opportunities
- Research target clinics and decision-makers, then craft outreach sharp enough to earn a reply from busy providers
- Book and prep qualified meetings, then hand off cleanly to the sales team
- Help build the outbound playbook from scratch, including messaging, sequences, targeting, and iterate fast on what's working
- Keep meticulous records in the CRM so pipeline stays clean and reporting is accurate
