Be accountable for own customer portfolio. Be responsible for own customer onboarding. Grow allocated accounts through superior customer service.

Key Account Management - This includes, but is not limited to:

collaborating internal stakeholders in- Grow the accounts while also attending to and collaborating to resolve any service-related issues.- Verify that the accounts are sound and produce results for both the top and bottom lines.- Ensure that the accounts receive reporting and the service level agreement.

Being an ambassador for proactive service and a growth attitude.

Supporting the collection of any debt when necessary.

Ensuring the gross profit percentage is met.
