Job Description
STORE SUPERVISOR – SOUR SALLY ( FROZEN YOGURT)
Location: Greenhills Mall, San Juan City
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, QSR, or dessert concepts
- Experience in Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, or similar dessert concepts is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory, cash handling, food safety, and customer service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer-service oriented and results-driven
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to be assigned at Greenhills Mall, San Juan City**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Supervise and train store team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
- Monitor inventory, stocks, sales, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
