First Response Training and Consultancy Services Limited is a national training provider.

We are looking for Experts with Lived Experience in Learning Disabilities and Autism in the Preston and Blackpool area to join our team and help deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Autism and Learning Disabilities – Tier 2 only.

About the role

You will work with other trainers to deliver face-to-face training to health and social care professionals.

You will use your own lived experience to help professionals better understand:

• Learning Disabilities
• Autism
• What good support looks like

You will be supported by our training team.

We are looking for people who:

• Have a formal diagnosis of a learning disability or Austism.
• Are comfortable talking about their experiences with groups of people.
• Can travel independently to training venues.
• Are reliable and happy working as part of a team.

You do not need previous training experience.
