Lawn Maintenance Working Manager / Crew Leader

Full-Time Year-Round Position

We are looking for an experienced, dependable Working Manager / Crew Leader to help oversee our residential and commercial lawn maintenance crews.

This is a hands-on position. We need someone who can lead employees, work alongside the crew, maintain high-quality standards, and make sure our customers are taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew
• Manage and motivate employees in the field
• Perform residential and commercial lawn maintenance
• Operate stand-on and riding commercial mowers
• Maintain a high standard of quality on every property
• Inspect completed work and make sure nothing is missed
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Help keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule
• Properly care for equipment and report maintenance issues
• Assist with snow removal during the winter when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional lawn maintenance experience
• Experience operating stand-on and riding mowers
• Ability to manage and lead employees
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for quality
• Dependable and able to show up consistently
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Willing to work outdoors and alongside the crew
• Ability to take responsibility and solve problems in the field
• Snow-plowing experience is a plus
