Summary: Findigs is a mission-driven company developing software and services that make renting fairer, less stressful, and more convenient for renters and property managers. The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified leads, establish initial contact with prospects, communicate the value of the Findigs platform, and create opportunities for the sales team. The role also involves managing sales activities in Salesforce, scheduling meetings and demos, exceeding targets, and collaborating on lead-generation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective customers, understanding their business needs
- Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, social media, and in-person visits, to introduce Findigs' value propositions
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up calls to advance prospects through the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in Salesforce
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
- Consistently exceed sales targets while promoting a positive, growth-oriented team environment
- Collaborate within and outside of the SDR team to optimize lead generation and messaging strategies
- Future opportunities to make an impact in other parts of the business including marketing, processes and operations, customer success, and more
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or college or equivalent work experience
- Strong phone presence and eagerness to pick up the phone, effectively representing the Findigs brand everyday
- Solid analytical background and are excited by deriving insights from data
- Steadfast mentality with the ability to handle the highs and lows of cold outreach
- Bias for action, driving your own learnings, skills, and the Findigs' mission forward
- Positive attitude and creative approach to solving problems
- Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and are ready to join a mission-driven, category-creating company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at a B2B, SaaS+, or Proptech startup in a prospecting function
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales enablement software
