This is a hands-on role. Some positions involve physical assistance throughout the day, including transfers, mobility support, and use of mechanical lifting equipment when needed.

Transportation may be part of the role, including the use of company vehicles to support individuals in the community.

Some roles are weekday daytime focused, while others include multiple shifts and rotating weekends based on program needs. Depending on your availability, there may be a role that fits your preferences.

Staff are typically assigned to one primary location. Additional training at other sites may be available over time based on staffing needs or employee interest.
