We are expanding our nationwide team of Financial Representatives who provide education, guidance, and planning support to individuals and families navigating important financial decisions — especially those who don’t have a trusted point of contact to turn to for personalized advice.

We work alongside experienced trust attorneys who assist with establishing or updating estate plans, while we help guide clients through their financial protection and long-term planning options.

Our high-performing team is led by CEO John Cordero, who brings over 30 years of experience building a dynamic group focused on education, strategy, and long-term client relationships.

Common Situations We Help People Navigate:

• Planning for retirement but not knowing where to start or needing a financial strategy
• Already retired and unsure how to restructure retirement funds for long-term longevity
• Changing jobs or retiring and not understanding retirement plan rollovers
• Getting laid off and unsure what to do with old 401(k)s
• Having a trust that’s outdated and needs review
• Life insurance or long-term care plans that may have gaps
• Not having a dedicated person to ask financial planning questions

What You’ll Support Clients With:

• Coordinating living trusts through partnered attorneys and updating outdated estate plans
• Reviewing life insurance and long-term care plans to identify gaps in financial protection
• Providing guidance on retirement accounts after job changes and supporting individuals planning for — or already in — retirement

Income Potential (Commission-Based):

• Part-time: Earn an additional $20,000–$30,000 per year
• Full-time: Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Licensing Requirement:

This position requires obtaining a Life & Health Insurance License.
Don’t have one? No problem — we will guide you through the process and provide support every step of the way.

In many cases, applicants are able to become licensed in as little as 30 days.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
