WE ARE HIRING – BIM COORDINATOR

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team and manage BIM coordination, model development, clash detection, and construction-stage BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate 3D BIM models throughout design coordination and construction stages.
• Prepare fully coordinated BIM models at:
• LOD 400 – Construction / Installation Level
• LOD 500 – As-Built / Record Model Level
• Prepare and maintain a Federated BIM Model in NWD format, integrating:
• Architectural
• Structural
• Civil
• MEP
• Fire Protection
• Other relevant disciplines
• Perform clash detection, identify coordination issues, and ensure conflicts are resolved before submission.
• Prepare BIM status reports for project progress meetings, including:
• Clash detection status
• Model View Definitions
• Coordination progress
• Support 4D BIM / Construction Planning by linking construction program activities with BIM model elements to review construction sequences and optimize workflow.
• Extract coordination drawings from Composite BIM Models / Project Information Model (PIM).
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.
• Manage MEP BIM coordination, including:
• HVAC ductwork
• Plumbing systems
• Fire protection systems
• Electrical containment and equipment
• Coordinate structural requirements, including:
• Openings and penetrations
• Embedded items
• Sleeves
• Anchor bolts
• Slab edge details
• Ensure all BIM clashes and coordination issues are resolved within the models prior to construction coordination submissions.

Pre-Construction Stage

• BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• BIM team structure
• Software/platform confirmation

Construction Stage

• Coordinated LOD 400 BIM Models
• Clash Detection Reports
• Coordination Drawings

Progress Stage

• Updated BIM Status Reports
• BIM coordination aligned with the construction program

Installation Stage

• MEP Coordination Models
• Penetration and Opening Coordination

Completion Stage

• LOD 500 As-Built BIM Model
• Final Federated NWD Model

Required Skills

• Strong experience in BIM coordination within construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or approved equivalent BIM platforms.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to manage BIM deliverables from pre-construction through project completion.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and as-built BIM requirements.

Position: BIM Coordinator
Joining: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
