Farbest Foods is seeking a motivated, collaborative individual for the Supervisor Trainee position at our Vincennes facility. This role provides comprehensive training across all operational areas, preparing you for a future supervisory position. As one of the nation’s leading turkey producers, Farbest Foods offers a dynamic environment for growth and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Problem solving and data analysis skills
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Previous Supervisory experienced preferred
• BS or BA degree preferred but not required
