Full Stack Developer Intern at Eye4Tech in Lahore Johar Town

Eye4Tech (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a motivated, intelligent, and tech-oriented Full Stack Developer Intern who has a strong foundation in programming concepts, excellent logical thinking, and a passion for exploring modern development technologies. We are particularly interested in fresh graduate students from well-reputed universities who demonstrate strong analytical abilities, effective English communication, and an eagerness to learn and work with AI-powered development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining both the frontend and backend of web applications
• Crafting interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Diving into backend logic and database management
• Developing, integrating, and testing APIs
• Using AI-powered tools to code faster and smarter
• Practicing vibe coding: prompting, building, testing, and refining solutions
• Hunting down bugs and turning “why is this broken?” into “fixed it!”
• Teaming up with senior developers on live projects
• Staying ahead of the curve with new technologies and best practices.

Priority Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate the following essential capabilities:

• Basic Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, web development, and databases.
• English Communication: Basic English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and participate in team discussions.
• Logical Thinking: Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and a basic ability to approach and solve problems.
• Basic AI Proficiency: Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools for coding assistance, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Basic Understanding of Vibe Coding: Basic awareness or exposure to AI-assisted coding, prompt-based development, and building applications using AI-powered tools.

Technical Skills (Basic Knowledge Required)

• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of React.js or another frontend framework.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP/Laravel, or Python.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Interest in modern AI development tools and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree (Recently Completed) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• A strong academic background and a good grasp of CS fundamentals
• University projects, personal projects, or GitHub contributions, which show us what you can build
• A self-starter attitude and a quick-learner mindset
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
