About the Role:
Home Helpers of Westchase is looking for a motivated and organized Scheduling and Field Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Odessa, FL. This is a dynamic role where you'll be the backbone of our field operations — keeping schedules running smoothly and ensuring our team has the support they need to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for field staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
- Covering shift call outs and open shifts
- Assisting with offfice administrative duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field personnel and office operations
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes, cancellations, or urgent needs
- Communicate daily assignments, updates, and instructions to field team members
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling, attendance, and field activity logs
- Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics for new field staff
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in coverage proactively
Requirements:
- Must have Valid Drivers License
- Must have Reliable transportation
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Willing to commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas county
- Must have open availability
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch, or field coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or similar digital tools
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
