MEP Supervisor at Extacy Technical Services LLC in Dubai

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing site operations for our ongoing construction and interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for leading site teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings and safety standards, and keeping project schedules on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Coordinate daily MEP site execution ( Electrical panels, plumbing systems, GRP tanks, and drainage) according to approved BOQs, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Work Quality & Testing: Ensure installation quality meets local municipal and authority standards ; prepare and verify Work Completion Certificates (WCC).
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations, implement Risk Assessments, and ensure compliance with Method Statements
• Coordination & Material Control: Manage site material deliveries, inspect material specs upon delivery, and minimize on-site wastage.
• Reporting: Prepare Daily Site Activity Reports, track attendance, and report progress or site bottlenecks directly to the Project Manager.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
