As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional results while creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for every customer.

The Role:

• Drive sales performance, profitability, and key commercial objectives
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Create an exceptional customer journey through outstanding service standards
• Analyse KPIs and implement action plans to maximise opportunities
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, presentation, and operational standards
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-first store culture
• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years management experience within fashion/home or similar retail
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales growth
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
• Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and overall store performance
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the shop floor
