Greet customers warmly, take orders with confidence, offer recommendations and upsell menu items in a way that feels natural and genuine. Monitor and replenish coffee beans, syrups and supplies, process payments accurately and maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workspace throughout every shift. Stay across the full menu including seasonal specials, and uphold all health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
