Employment type: Full-time
Our Company is looking for full-time maintenance staff to join our team in the Raleigh and Garner area. The full-time schedule is Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week. Applicants must have their own tools and transportation. Some travel between sites in Raleigh is expected.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Keeping the common areas, grounds, and dumpsters maintained and looking well kept.
Common maintenance of units such as plumbing, electrical, and painting.
Participation in getting units ready for state inspections.
Must be available for possible weekend/evening emergency calls.
