E - Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) B2B… at etalytics GmbH · Madrid

Fully remote position: work from anywhere within Spain. No local office location.

Drive the commercial success of AI-powered energy optimization!

At etalytics, we're shaping the next generation of energy management. Our AI-powered software platform helps industrial companies and data centers reduce energy consumption, lower CO₂ emissions, and cut operating costs.

Our technology is already gaining traction with technical teams worldwide. Now we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to turn that technical interest into successful enterprise deals, with a particular focus on customers in France and Spain.

You'll take ownership of the commercial, contractual, and procurement aspects of complex sales opportunities, working closely with our technical sales experts to bring large-scale software deals across the finish line.

Tasks

Your commercial expertise meets our technical sales know-how.

You don't need to be a deep-tech expert. While our specialized Tech Sales team handles technical validation and Proof of Value (PoV) projects, you'll focus on what you do best: driving the business side of enterprise sales.

• Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Acquire new enterprise customers, particularly in France and Spain, across industrial and data center environments.
• Customer Development & Software Rollouts: Build relationships with key decision-makers and turn successful pilot projects into large-scale software rollouts.
• Procurement & Sales Process Management: Navigate complex corporate procurement processes, overcome commercial obstacles, and drive enterprise deals through to closing.
• Commercial & Contract Negotiations: Structure and negotiate enterprise agreements, commercial terms, and rollout plans in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: At least 3 years of proven success in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, ideally working with large corporations or complex industrial organizations.
• Negotiation & Process Management: Experience negotiating with C-level executives and procurement teams, combined with a solid understanding of commercial agreements and complex buying processes.
• Structured Sales Approach: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move complex deals forward. You're confident using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
• Language Skills: Fluent French and Spanish for customer communication and commercial negotiations, as well as fluent English for internal collaboration in our international team.
• Willingness to Travel: Availability for approximately 1–3 business trips per month for customer meetings, trade fairs, and company events.

Benefits

• Meaningful Work: Help industrial companies become more energy-efficient and sustainable.
• Flexibility: Remote working from Spain with flexible working hours.
• Team Spirit: A supportive, collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are part of everyday life.
• Community: Regular team events and activities to connect beyond day-to-day work.
• Work-Life Balance: 26 days of annual leave and a flexible, agile working culture.
• Performance-Based Compensation: An attractive on-target earnings package with a 60% base salary and 40% variable compensation, including an uncapped commission structure.

Employment

As part of our international expansion, we partner with Deel as our Employer of Record (EOR). Deel will be your legal employer, handling your employment contract, payroll, and local employment requirements, while you work directly with etalytics and are fully integrated into our team.
