Assistant Fashion Designer/ Fashion… at Esquel Group · Hong Kong

• Independently developing and designing the woven casual styles base on the brand aesthetics

• Conduct research on global retail trends for product development

• Generate concepts & design of colors, materials and finishes on products

• Provide support in documentation and presentation preparation for meetings with internal or external parties

• coordinate with Design team in completing the whole process of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling, sketches, fitting session until pre-production sample

• Work closely with merchandising/ PD/ Marketing teams and factories to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing of trims, sample fitting, etc.

• Take on ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

• Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related discipline

• 2-3 years of fashion design or product development experience is preferred

• With a strong sense of fashion trends, new materials, fabric, and accessories

• Basic fabric knowledge and strong aesthetic sense is required

• Independent, good time management and planning & positive mindset

• Proactive and result driven, with good good presentation and communication skills

• Occasional business travel as required
