Outside Sales Representative at Empire Today in Aurora, IL

Summary: Empire Today is a well-established company serving customers for over 60 years, and they are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative. The role involves meeting customers in their homes to provide flooring product solutions and generating sales through pre-qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
- Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs
- Generate additional revenue through referrals and prospecting new customers
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel

Required Qualifications:
- Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
- Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Availability for evening & weekend appointments
- Direct Seller Contract
- Delivery of excellent customer service
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
- Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
