Finance Manager at Elmhurst Ford in Bensenville, IL

Description  $150K–$250K | 375 Units a Month Across Two Stores | Future Leaders Wanted Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Elmhurst Ford are two of the fastest-growing dealerships in Chicagoland, and we're hiring a Finance Manager who wants to grow with us. Get in now — while the group is still young, the team is still being built, and the ladder up is still short. The people who join winning teams early are the ones running stores five years from now. What You're Walking Into • $150K–$250K earning potential. Real pay plan, real numbers, paid on real volume. • 375 units a month across two stores — Elmhurst CDJR and Elmhurst Ford. 60–70 turns a month in your box. The deals are here. Show up and produce. • Two-store leverage. Two brands, two lender books, two customer bases, two pipelines of repeat and referral business. More volume, more product opportunity, more career runway than a single-rooftop job will ever give you. • The best benefits package in Chicagoland. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO — structured to actually take care of your family. • 5-day work week with a balanced schedule. You'll have a life outside this building. We mean it. • Engaged ownership and leadership that works the floor — not executives managing through spreadsheets from a corner office. When you need a second look on a deal, we're ten feet away. • A clear path up. We're growing fast across both rooftops and we promote from within. Prove yourself in the box and the next conversation is about running one. Requirements  Who We're Looking For A finance professional who wants to build something. Specifically: • You move fast — because we move fast. If you like to sit on things, "circle back," or wait until tomorrow on a deal you could've worked today, don't apply. Speed is the job. • You hit your numbers and you protect the store. Compliance is non-negotiable here — OFAC, Red Flags, Reg Z, Reg B, adverse action, accurate disclosures, every deal, every time. If "compliance" makes you roll your eyes, this isn't your dealership. • CSI is non-negotiable. We sell to neighbors, repeat customers, and referrals. Every customer leaves your office feeling like they were treated right — because they were. • You menu every customer the same way. 100% presentation, 100% of the time. • You can menu customers remote. Required. A real piece of our business is no-hassle, remote-friendly transactions, and your F&I presentation has to be just as strong over a screen as it is across the desk. • You know your lender book, you structure deals that fund clean, and you have relationships with reps who pick up your calls. • You're a closer who treats the customer like a human being, not a mark. • 2+ years F&I experience at a franchise dealership (Stellantis, Ford, or CDJR experience is a plus, not required) • Proven track record on PVR, product penetration, and CSI • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus — it's our DMS at both stores • RouteOne experience is a plus — it's what we run • Proficiency with menu selling software and the ability to present remotely • Clean MVR and ability to pass background and drug screening • OEM F&I certifications (Stellantis Performance Institute, Ford STARS) a plus — we'll get you certified if you're not How to Apply Send your resume and your last 3 months of F&I production reports (PVR, products per deal, chargebacks) to [hiring contact]. Serious candidates only. We move fast — if you're the right fit, you'll know within a week. Elmhurst CDJR & Elmhurst Ford — Elmhurst, IL Equal Opportunity Employer   Salary Description $150K–$250K
