Business Development & Marketing Representative

Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Your next great connection could start over coffee.

Are you the person who can walk into a room, start a conversation, and leave knowing three new people? Do you enjoy getting out in the community, making connections, and turning a friendly introduction into a lasting business relationship?

We should talk.

Elite Restoration is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Representative to help grow our presence across Eastern Idaho. You’ll meet local professionals, build referral relationships, represent Elite at community events, and help make sure people know who to call when damage happens.

When homes and businesses experience damage, our team helps people move forward. Your work will help connect that team with the people who need us.

What makes this opportunity worth a look?

• A company vehicle: Get out into the communities you’re helping us serve.
• Variety throughout your week: Partner visits, networking, community events, and marketing support.
• Room to take initiative: Bring ideas, manage your route, and take ownership of your relationships.
• Work with a purpose: Represent a team that helps restore damaged homes and businesses.
• A team to be part of: A family-oriented work environment with team-building events.

What you’ll actually do:

Meet people. Build trust. Follow through.

• Visit current and potential referral partners throughout Eastern Idaho.
• Start conversations, learn about their businesses, and introduce Elite’s services.
• Keep relationships growing through consistent visits and thoughtful follow-up.
• Help plan, coordinate, and attend community events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
• Track visits, contacts, leads, and next steps in our CRM.
• Work closely with our office and operations teams to support a smooth customer experience.
• Occasionally help capture and share social media content from the field.

This role centers on in-person business development. Social media is a supporting piece; most of your impact will come from the relationships you build out in the community.

You could be a great fit if…

• You enjoy introducing yourself and can confidently start a conversation.
• You think beyond “dropping by” and look for ways to earn the next conversation.
• You’re sales-minded, motivated, and comfortable working toward growth.
• You can plan your day independently and stay accountable.
• You remember the details, keep your commitments, and follow up.
• You’re comfortable driving throughout Eastern Idaho during the week.
• You bring ideas—and the follow-through to make them happen.

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus, but it’s not required.

Pay & benefits

• $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Company-provided vehicle
• Full health benefits package
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• 401(k) with company matching

What you’ll need

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and the ability or willingness to learn our CRM
• Ability to lift and carry marketing materials and event items, typically 10–25 pounds
