Job Description / Responsibilities

Strong administrative/managerial and professional skills required.

Hands-on experience in

Building Construction, Site management, supervision, surveying, Quality control, of all related works. Coordination with Vendors and Consultants. Clarifying any discrepancies or issues related to Drawings / Execution, etc.

Experience in construction of Mall and High rise is required.

Budgeting, Costing with quantity estimation and item specification.

Arrangement of resources.

Preparing work schedules, allocating resources, managing site supervision team, suppliers, and contractors. Planning & scheduling construction activities & micro activities of the projects.

Supervising all construction, architecture design, activities, including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

Coordination with Project Managers/Engineers, Managed Civil/Site Development projects from planning to construction

Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost-effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.

Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met

Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices

Providing technical support to Engineers/contractors during the construction phase of project

Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction.

Desired profile of the candidate

Minimum B.Tech in Civil Over 20 years of experience in Mall and High rise Buildings, Business centres.

Knowledge of real estate industry & recent developments in construction techniques, machineries etc.
