Your Role

As an Education Sales Executive / Admission Counselor, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable professional certification programs, and convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle inbound enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email & Walk-ins
✔ Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs
✔ Convert enquiries into successful admissions
✔ Conduct professional and timely lead follow-ups
✔ Explain program benefits, certifications & career opportunities
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
✔ Maintain accurate CRM records and daily updates
✔ Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2+ years of UAE sales experience, preferably in:

• Education & Training
• EdTech
• Insurance
• Banking / Financial Services
• Real Estate

✔ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
✔ Strong sales closing and follow-up ability
✔ Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
✔ Confident, professional & customer-focused personality
✔ Spouse Visa / Own Visa preferred
✔ Immediate joiners will be given priority
