Kriteria
- Male / Female (max 29 yo)
- Fluent in english
- Community-minded and genuinely enjoys connecting and bringing people together
- Able to think strategically about community growth, not just community management
- Have an interest in designer toys, art toys, collectibles, TCG, toy photography, art, or creative culture
- Comfortable communicating with different types of people, from collectors and hobbyists to artists and brand representatives
- Proactive in finding opportunities and taking initiative
- Creative in developing activities, campaigns, and community experiences
- Comfortable with event planning, execution, and partnership outreach
- Organized and have good time management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and activate the our community
- Identify opportunities to attract and engage new community members
- Plan and execute online and offline community activations, from ideation to execution
- Develop concepts for events, gatherings, campaigns, giveaways, and other community activities
- Coordinate with brands, artists, toy designers, communities, and other potential partners for collaborations
- Handle communication and coordination with partners and collaborators throughout the activation process
- Develop strategies to optimize event attendance and community participation
- Manage and maintain the our community, including keeping the WhatsApp Group active and engaging
- Monitor community engagement, gather member feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the community experience
- Track community growth and activation performance and provide insights for future initiatives
