Product Manager at eClinical Solutions in Mansfield, TX

The Product Manager is responsible for being an integral part of the development and delivery of our elluminate® software product. This role is key for developing customer/market-driven technical requirements and specifications, creating product development road maps, and defining and analyzing product success metrics. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Gain a deep understanding of unmet customer/market needs, identify, and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas/products that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth Translate product strategy into technical requirements and specifications Document requirements via creation of Agile methodology aligned Epics and User Stories Participate in Triage sessions, Sprint Planning, and Backlog grooming sessions Develop metrics to assess the success of product and features and determine necessary enhancements Scope and prioritize product development activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with the engineering team to deliver quick time-to-market development using optimal resources Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product Manage product delivery through Agile development, lead product documentation and create and manage project plans to deliver with accuracy and on schedule Other duties as assigned CANDIDATE’S PROFILE Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Excellent knowledge of English Professional Skills 3+ years of experience in enterprise software product management preferred Must have strong technical aptitude Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management Must have understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload Knowledge of the pharma and life sciences industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills Experience with Agile development Experience with enterprise software Pay Range US Pay Ranges $90,000—$98,000 USD
