eClerx Services Ltd is seeking an Adobe Analytics Practice Lead to drive our Digital Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud practice. This role requires strategic consulting, delivery excellence, and hands-on Adobe expertise.

We are looking for an experienced leader to guide our Adobe Analytics and Digital Experience practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Analytics and the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering enterprise-scale transformations. This role involves strategic leadership, solution architecture, client management, and driving analytics and customer experience strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Adobe Analytics practice, working with multiple enterprise clients.
• Define practice strategy, develop capabilities, and create solution offerings.
• Build and mentor a diverse team of Adobe consultants, architects, analysts, and delivery managers.
• Establish best practices, governance, and delivery standards for Adobe implementations.
• Architect and oversee large-scale Adobe Analytics implementations across various platforms.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects, ensuring quality and impact.
• Manage client relationships, conduct executive reviews, and align digital analytics strategies.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics plans and recommendations.
• Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and industry trends.
• Support pre-sales activities, collaborate with sales teams, and drive practice revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Martech, or Data & Analytics domains.
• 8+ years of hands-on Adobe Analytics expertise, with a strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience leading large-scale Adobe implementations and enterprise transformations.
• Strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing delivery teams.
• Experience working with global clients and a diverse range of technologies and platforms.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Martech ecosystems, and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and personalization use cases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an asset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or relevant) is advantageous.
