If you do your best work close to the action, this one's for you. Easygo is one of Australia's top tech companies, the crew behind Stake and KICK, reaching millions of people every day. This role puts you right where the fast-moving decisions get made, partnering with leaders across some of our most technical and innovative teams. You'll have the autonomy to understand complex business challenges, shape people strategy and drive meaningful outcomes in a business growing at pace.

What you'll build with us:
No two Service Lines run the same playbook here. The work starts with reading each one's context, diagnosing what's holding it back and building people plans that move the needle. From there, it's partnering with senior people leaders on org design, workforce planning and the structural calls that shape how divisions scale. It's real ownership, from shaping what gets built to connecting the business with everything P&C offers.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity covering maternity leave, based at our Melbourne office. You'll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.
