As part of our hiring process, we conduct a criminal background check. This is a standard requirement for all caregivers to ensure the safety of our clients and compliance with state regulations. We consider applicants with criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis. A prior conviction will not automatically disqualify you from employment. However, if a conviction is directly related to the responsibilities of the position, and exclusion is necessary for business reasons, it may affect eligibility. This decision is documented to ensure compliance with Texas Labor Code §21.051 and EEOC guidance. Our goal is to ensure the safety of clients while maintaining fairness in the hiring process. The background check is only initiated after receiving written consent from the applicant.

If you are a responsible and committed caregiver seeking flexible PRN or part-time opportunities, we encourage you to apply.

We look forward to connecting with qualified candidates!
