Make recommendations on next steps in lifecycle to product management; create and coordinate communications based on decisions - Assist with the review and creation of technical documentation across all aspects of product lifecycle; launch training, technical bulletins, product data sheets, marketing materials - Gain knowledge of product testing requirements and methods and help coordinate testing needs with product managers - Review workflows on current routing forms and identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
