Junior Sales Representative at Divinity Group in Monmouth, OR

Junior Insurance Representative At Divinity Group, we're not looking for someone who just wants a job—we want athletes of life: go-getters, competitors, and team players who thrive under pressure, push through challenges, and never settle for average. If you have the discipline to practice your craft, the resilience to get back up after a setback, and the energy to go the extra mile, this is your opportunity to excel. We're hiring a Junior Insurance Representative to engage face-to-face with local businesses, offering supplemental insurance coverage for their employees. No prior sales experience? No problem—we value your track record of achievement, competitive drive, and relentless pursuit of goals over a traditional resume. Why You'll Thrive Here: Independent, Entrepreneurial Role: You'll manage your own schedule, set your goals, and determine your level of success, all while building a career on your own terms. Team Support and Mentorship: While you work independently, you'll have access to a team that trains, mentors, and celebrates your wins, helping you become one of the top performers. Competitive Environment with High Earnings: Friendly competition and clear performance metrics will drive your growth, with a starting base draw, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses giving you the potential to earn $65K–$85K+ annually. Who You Are: Athletic and Driven: You have experience in team or individual sports, understand the value of practice and persistence, and know how to focus on the next goal even after a loss. Self-Starter with Resilience: You thrive in independent roles, take initiative without waiting for direction, and bounce back stronger after challenges or setbacks. Competitive yet Collaborative: You enjoy achieving your personal goals, celebrate team wins, and push yourself to exceed expectations while supporting your teammates' growth. What You'll Do: Build Relationships with Local Businesses: Engage face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance solutions for their employees, creating long-term partnerships. Drive Your Own Success: Manage your schedule, prioritize leads, and implement strategies that allow you to consistently hit and exceed your performance goals. Participate in Team Development: Attend ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship sessions to continuously improve your skills and maximize your earning potential. What We Offer: Training and Career Growth: Access to a top-performing team of agents and structured training programs designed to develop you into a high-performing sales professional. Flexible, Independent Contractor Role: Autonomy to structure your day, make decisions, and drive your success, with uncapped earnings tied directly to your effort and results. Culture of Competition and Support: A team environment where friendly competition motivates you, collaboration strengthens you, and your achievements are recognized and rewarded. If you're ready to bring your competitive drive, discipline, and resilience to a role where your success is fully in your hands—but your team has your back—apply today with Divinity Group!
