Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can lead and develop a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and improve conversion rates through effective leadership, data-driven strategies, and continuous performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of sales management experience with verifiable evidence of topmanager performance and team results.
• Track record of exceeding team targets, coaching top sellers and improving conversion rates.
• Strong analytics, CRM, leadership, forecasting and performance-management capability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own sales targets, forecasts, pipeline reviews and conversion improvement plans.
• Recruit, coach and evaluate consultants; conduct call reviews, role-plays and targeted training.
• Analyze lost leads, objections, response times and campaign quality with Marketing and IT.
• Enforce ethical sales standards, accurate reporting and excellent customer experience.
