About the Role & What You’ll Do

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference.

Our Clinical Care Support team serves as the support system behind our nursing team. Our goal is to handle the operational and administrative needs of the patient journey so our nurses can focus on what they do best—providing compassionate, high-quality care to their patients.

In this role, you will help patients move forward in their care by reaching out when additional information is needed to complete their orders. You will be responsible for assisting with billing questions, userflow processes, and other order-related needs. You will also be expected to be available when nurses request a call transfer to assist a patient with completing their order or resolving a support need.

This position requires the ability to multitask and take ownership of emails, tickets, and assigned tasks while actively monitoring multiple ongoing queues. You will work across multiple programs and platforms and will be expected to continuously learn new processes and systems. The work is fast-paced and our queues are ever-changing, so being adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities is essential.

We operate as a village, not as individuals working in silos. Our team rotates responsibilities, supports one another, and believes everyone should feel comfortable asking questions and helping others grow. We are looking for go-getters who bring initiative, drive, and a strong work ethic—people who want to learn, take on new challenges, and build a career rather than simply settle into a position. We believe in developing our team and creating opportunities to grow and promote from within as our company continues to expand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accurate patient reporting
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple queues and responsibilities
• Willingness and ability to take direction and learn quickly
• Self-efficient, organized, and able to take ownership of assigned work
• Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative
• Positive, collaborative team-player mindset
• Ability to confidently assist with billing and userflow-related questions
• Willingness to support nurses with patient needs and call transfers
• Eagerness to learn new programs, platforms, and processes
• Desire to grow, develop, and advance within the company

Equipment Requirements

Candidates must have the following prior to their start date:

• A reliable personal laptop or desktop computer. (Please note: Chromebooks are not supported by our software platforms.)
• A quality headset
• High-speed internet connection

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation
• Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, and Vision).
• Fully remote position.
• Paid time off and company holidays.
• Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly scaling company.
• Exposure to innovative therapies in wellness and longevity.
