Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and scale our online presence across eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. This critical role involves overseeing store operations, optimizing multi-channel product listings, driving organic and paid visibility, and flawlessly executing both traditional inventory (stock) and dropshipping fulfillment models.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management: Create and optimize product listings (SEO titles, descriptions, pricing, and images) for eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop.
- Fulfillment Operations: Manage both inventory-based (stock) and dropshipping models, overseeing supplier coordination, tracking updates, and stock levels.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Account Health: Monitor and maintain high seller ratings and performance metrics across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop accounts.
- Hands-on experience with both stock/inventory and dropshipping fulfillment models.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO and seller tools.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
