Member Engagement Sales & Service… at Delta Defense · West Bend

MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SALES & SERVICE ADVISOR - WEST BEND WI - AUGUST 17TH START   MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SALES AND SERVICE ADVISOR - WEST BEND, WI Delta Defense® / U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA®) THIS IS A CALLING. NOT A CALL CENTER JOB. If you’re hunting for a paycheck and a phone queue, keep scrolling. This isn’t that. We’re Delta Defense — the private company behind the marketing, operations, and customer service for the USCCA. We safeguard life, freedom, and finances for responsible American gun owners. That member's trust is earned one conversation at a time. Headquarters based: This role is based at our West Bend, WI headquarters, where our team comes together to serve members, build trust, and stand watch. Hybrid work is available, with three in-office days each week. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. MEMBERS FIRST. MISSION ALWAYS. Inside Delta Defense, we call ourselves Sheepdogs. Not because we’re aggressive, but because we stand watch. We protect courageously. We build trust and connection in every member interaction.  We offer connection to a community of people who know they cannot take life and liberty for granted. We want our members to grow the same way we do, so we are obsessed with understanding them, forging ever-deeper connections, and helping them find the determination they need to build a better, safer life. If that belief system lands with you, keep reading. Great advisors here do not sound scripted. They sound like: • A friend giving advice at the kitchen table. • A mom walking someone gently through confusing information. • A counselor meeting a member as a human first. • A coach bringing unmatched energy. • The calm, confident uncle you actually take advice from. • A protector making sure someone does not lose money to fraud. The best advisors slow down, discover what matters, build trust, and prescribe the next step. We do not move members through a queue. We move them forward. Our advisors guide with confidence because the solution has to fit the person, not just the problem. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Connect with USCCA members and prospects across phone, chat, social media, and SMS. • Build trust that makes people feel known, heard, and protected. • Prescribe the next right step through education, honest guidance, and “find needs, fill needs” sales. • Support account updates, payments, purchases, and membership needs. • Stand with members considering non-renewal and help them find the right path. • Deliver the kind of experience members tell their friends about. • Demonstrate the Core Values & Beliefs of Delta Defense. Shift premium based on days and hours worked. • 23 days of Personal Time Off, 8 company holidays, and paid day of Volunteer Service annually • Advisors may be scheduled to work Company-recognized holidays based on their assigned shift and business needs.
