Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Loyalty Functional / Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management to help design, configure and deliver innovative loyalty solutions for clients.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years' experience with Loyalty Programmes/Platforms
Strong understanding of loyalty concepts and mechanics.
Combination of functional and technical consulting skills.
Experience with configuration, integrations, APIs and testing.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency.
Fluency in at least one of: Hungarian, Czech, Slovak or Polish. 🌍
Translate business requirements and user stories into functional and technical solutions. 💡
Work with core loyalty capabilities: members, earn & burn, currencies, tiers, benefits, promotions, challenges and partners.
Configure and support Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
Support integrations, APIs, data migration, testing and deployments.
Prepare solution designs, data mappings and implementation documentation.
Participate in client workshops and collaborate with architects, developers, BAs and other specialists. 💻
Take ownership of assigned solution components and contribute to delivery planning.
