WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a full-time residential sales position. You'll connect with homeowners, introduce AT&T wireless services, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Engage homeowners in assigned residential territories to introduce AT&T wireless services.
- Present wireless plans, explain available offers, and help customers choose the right options.
- Build customer relationships and confidently guide conversations toward new account enrollment.
- Participate in hands-on coaching, team training, and weekly performance development.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Your earning potential grows with your production, consistency, and development.
- New Representatives: Approximately $700-$1,200 per week based on performance.
- Experienced Representatives: Top-performing representatives earn approximately $2,000-$3,000 per week.
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission create opportunities to increase earnings.
Training is paid, and representatives are paid weekly. Top performers regularly exceed expectations. Effort and consistency drive results.
