INTERNSHIP: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Summary: Dassault Systèmes is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist intern to join their Revenue to Cash team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations and the Order-to-Cash process, allowing interns to develop practical skills in managing cash flow and customer credit risk. Responsibilities: - Support the Americas AR Coordinator on Unapplied Payment Research (OAs) and Resolution - Contribute to Clearing Accounts Cleanup and Callback Verifications for Third-Party Setup - Assist in the Marketplace Cleanup Project and Withholding Tax Review - Handle Credit Card Link Requests and Simple Partners Payment Reconciliation Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash is a plus) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks - Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute Required Skills: Accounting principles, Financial processes, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash process, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, Analytical skills
