Summary: Dashlane is a company focused on delivering credential security for businesses and employees. The Revenue Operations Associate will support revenue generation efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize processes, and enhance customer interactions. Responsibilities: - Coordinate cross-functional revenue and retention programs, managing project lifecycles from planning to delivery while proactively resolving roadblocks to hit GTM milestones - Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards to analyze sales and customer data, uncovering trends and best practices that drive revenue growth and retention - Partner with GTM teams to design, document, and automate workflows (e.g., prospecting and expansion) to increase conversion rates and ensure team-wide adherence - Support key workstreams including lead routing, territory management, and campaign launches, focusing on introducing long-term efficiencies and data-driven problem solving - Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns, providing empirical, evidence-based recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition metrics - Support Sales and Finance with accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting by establishing robust data structures and ensuring high QA standards in the CRM Required Qualifications: - Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem - Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus - Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication - A proactive, growth-oriented attitude—ideally backed by prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role Required Skills: Salesforce ecosystem, Salesforce data QA/QC, Salesforce reporting, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Tableau, Business Intelligence tools, Go-to-Market workflows, Revenue forecasting, Budgeting, CRM, Cross-functional communication Benefits: Equal Parental leave - regardless of gender, up to 20 weeks fully paid leave to take care of their new baby, within the first year of birth or adoption, Mental health services through Spring Health and well-being days, Mentorship program - select your mentor from our internal pool and continue your learning path!, Comprehensive health coverage, including dependents, Unlimited PTO, Betterment 401(k) retirement plan, Paid holidays and sick leave, Donation matching program - give back to the community and support actions that lead to positive social impact under the historically marginalized communities.
