You work one-on-one with children at home, at school, and in the community, delivering kid-centered ABA therapy through games, play, and everyday routines. You follow the treatment plan your BCBA designed, collect data in real time on ABA Matrix, and write a clear session note before you head to your next family. Because we build your caseload around your availability and your neighborhood, your schedule works for you.

You are never on your own. Your BCBA visits your sessions every month to coach you in the moment, answer your questions, and celebrate the wins with you. Each day brings new challenges and new breakthroughs, like a first word, a calm transition, or a caregiver who thanks you by name, and you find real fulfillment in knowing your work changes a child’s life.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teaches communication, social, play, and daily living skills through play-based and naturalistic ABA.

Do you communicate well with families? Do you work well both independently and as part of a team? If so, you might just be perfect for this position in ABA therapy!
