D.A. Sullivan & Sons is seeking an Estimator to join the team as the company grows in both public and private domains.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project plans and specifications to determine requirements and scope
• Collaborate with peers and project team to acquire necessary information
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and demands of projects
• Research and evaluate bids and proposals
• Analyze and negotiate contracts with subcontractors
• Prepare detailed take offs and quantity surveys
• Create comprehensive bid packages and present to clients

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of proven experience in Construction Estimating
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proficient in using construction estimating software (Proest preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
