Role Overview:

Based in Alrode, Gauteng, the successful candidates will form part of a technical maintenance team responsible for ensuring optimal electrical performance across a fast-moving consumer goods production environment. The roles demand hands-on expertise in PLC fault-finding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and panel wiring. Two positions are available, and suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply without delay.

Responsibilities:

· Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on Allen Bradley PLC systems to minimise production downtime

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical panel wiring in accordance with relevant standards and specifications

· Maintain and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems throughout the facility

· Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery

· Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently across production and manufacturing areas

· Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with applicable safety regulations and codes

· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous operational performance

· Document maintenance activities, fault reports, and corrective actions accurately

Minimum Requirements:

· Hold a recognised Electrical Trade Test certificate

· Possess a minimum N3 level electrical qualification

· Have prior hands-on experience working in an FMCG production or manufacturing environment

· Demonstrate strong practical skills in hydraulic and pneumatic systems

· Show proven ability to fault-find and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems

· Have experience with electrical panel wiring

Pay: R50 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
