Service Porter / Valet – Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Porter / Valet to help keep our service drive running smoothly. You’ll greet every customer, prepare and park incoming vehicles, keep loaners clean, and promptly retrieve vehicles when customers arrive for pickup. If you take pride in providing friendly service and handling vehicles with care, we’d like to hear from you.

Pay: $17.00 to $17.48 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer promptly and professionally on the service drive, and direct them to a service advisor for assistance.
• Pod incoming vehicles by placing protective coverings in designated interior areas, and safely move and park vehicles from the service drive in assigned parking areas.
• Promptly retrieve customer vehicles when customers arrive for pickup and bring them to the designated delivery area.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean, organized, and clear of obstructions to support safe, efficient traffic flow.
• Assist service advisors and the service team with vehicle staging and movement between the service drive, parking areas, and service bays.
• Keep loaner vehicles clean and ready for customers by removing trash, vacuuming interiors, and washing exteriors as needed.
• Handle customer keys securely and follow dealership procedures for vehicle identification, key storage, and vehicle release.
• Accurately track vehicle locations and promptly report visible damage, cleanliness concerns, or safety issues to the service team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Safe driving habits and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Prior porter, valet, dealership, or customer service experience preferred.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks in a busy service environment.
• Ability to handle vehicles and dealership property with care and accountability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
