Performance Ad Designer & Video Editor Creative Clicks

About Creative Clicks Creative Clicks is a global performance marketing company operating in 65+ countries, building and scaling digital subscription products across mobile, e-commerce, health & lifestyle, and AI-driven advertising. With 200+ colleagues from 25+ nationalities, we’re a fast-moving, international, and data-driven environment where ownership and speed matter.

About the role You’ll be the creative engine behind our paid social performance, mainly on Meta and YouTube. You’ll combine a good creative eye with fast, reliable execution, turning briefs and performance insights into statics, motion graphics and UGC edits that stop the scroll and drive action across our DE and UK markets.

We’re looking for someone who works AI-first. Generative tools aren’t a nice-to-have for you, they’re how you produce more, test faster and ship strong ad variations at scale. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist and performance marketers in a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Set-up We’re open to either a freelance or a full-time arrangement. In both cases we need at least 35 hours of capacity per week, and a start as soon as possible.

What you’ll do

Ad design and production

• Design mobile-first static ads and layout variations built to convert
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, 2D animation and product or UI demos
• Edit raw creator footage into fast-paced short-form video with native captions, sound design and pattern interrupts
• Make sure every asset meets platform safe zones, aspect ratios and channel best practices

Fast creative iteration

• Work with the Creative Strategist to develop new visual hooks, angles and variations that fight creative fatigue and support scaling
• Quickly produce variations of winning concepts based on performance data

AI-powered workflows

• Use generative AI (avatars, voiceover, script-to-video, image generation, automated captions) to raise weekly output
• Build and maintain an organised asset library, motion presets and modular templates for fast variant creation
• Keep testing new AI tools and workflows to cut turnaround times and production effort

What you bring (must-haves)

• Portfolio: Proven experience in graphic design and short-form video editing, with a portfolio of live paid social ads (statics, motion graphics, UGC)
• Mobile-first designs: You know what makes paid social work: scroll-stopping hooks, tight pacing, native-feeling visuals, dynamic captions and platform-safe zones
• Tools: Figma or Canva, plus Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or CapCut Pro)
• AI workflows: Hands-on experience with tools such as Veo, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen or Captions to speed up ideation and editing
• UGC iteration at volume: You can turn raw creator footage into polished ads and build several hook and layout variations from a single brief
• Collaboration: You take data-driven feedback well and turn it around quickly

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in or alongside growth or performance marketing teams, or agency ad operations
• Comfort with metrics like CTR, hook rate and hold rate, and how design choices affect them
• Background in D2C, health tech or healthcare, where ad rules are stricter and compliance matters
• A degree in graphic design, motion design or digital media, or equivalent practical experience

What We Offer

• Competitive salary
• Hybrid working at Amsterdam HQ
• 25 vacation days
• Mission-driven team shaping the future of healthcare
• Culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration

How to apply Please send us your portfolio (live paid social ads preferred), your weekly availability, and your expected rate: hourly for freelancers, or annual salary for full-time.
