Responsibilities – Automotive Service Advisor:
- Greet customers, identify vehicle service needs, and explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and costs.
- Recommend additional services and communicate current promotions.
- Monitor vehicle progress through service completion.
- Keep customers informed and deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
Qualifications – Automotive Service Advisor:
Previous Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred but not required.- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge and computer skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
