Job Description
Summary: Cotality is a leading company in property intelligence, committed to innovation and inclusivity. The Graduate Intern in Geospatial Operations will work alongside GIS staff to create data products and participate in real-world technology projects during a 10-week immersive summer program.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the day-to-day work environment, have an impact working on real technology project and business challenges
- Work side by side with our GIS staff creating data products used all over the world
- Leverage the latest technology from ESRI, AI, ML, FME, and Python to create data for real estate and insurance professionals
- Participate in Internship Program activities and events to include: onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos and social events
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a graduation date of Spring 2026 or Winter 2026
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Completion of at least three years of relevant coursework
- 1-3 years Relevant coursework completed by time of internship or equivalent boot camp program work
- Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities, educational forums and/or prior work experience
- Extensive GIS Coursework
- Communication Skills
- Python, FME, BI Tools, ETL or Web GIS Development
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of processes, procedures and products of assigned area
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation; strong interpersonal abilities
- Solid analytical capability; ability to exercise sound judgment; strong decision making skills
- Strong attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation
- Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or co-op experience
- A preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
