Imagine creating artisan breads and pastries surrounded by towering Ponderosa pines and all four seasons. We're looking for an experienced baker who sees baking as both a craft and an art. Create remarkable breads and pastries, inspire others through your craftsmanship, and help grow one of New Mexico's premier bakery cafes. Commercial bakery experience is required. Weekend availability is needed. This is hands-on leadership, training and mentoring bakers, maintaining quality standards, and shaping our bakery program. As the bakery grows, opportunities for increased leadership and potential profit sharing.
