Inventory and Logistics In charge - Manufacturing… at CORAL… · Dubai

• Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, oils, packaging materials, finished goods, and other assigned inventory.
• Plan and supervise stock receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and transfers between warehouses and stores.
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and submit reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate deliveries with the sales, retail, production, and warehouse teams. Track pending deliveries and resolve delays.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded promptly in SAP with the required supporting documents.
• Maintain clear storage locations, product labels, and proper handling standards in the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items, and damaged goods.
• Assign work to warehouse and logistics staff, monitor completion, and escalate operational issues.
• Prepare daily updates on stock movements, pending dispatches, delivery status, and discrepancies.
• Support audits and ensure inventory and logistics records are complete and accessible.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
