RoleOverview
An experienced Project Manager is required to plan, execute and deliver multidisciplinary engineering and mining projects from initiation through close-out. The role carries accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, technical coordination and stakeholder alignment.
KeyResponsibilities
· Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery strategies.
· Coordinate engineering, procurement, operations, contractors and other project disciplines.
· Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality requirements.
· Lead project governance, stakeholder communication and structured reporting.
· Manage project risks, changes, dependencies and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable technical standards and recognised practices.
· Drive effective communication between internal teams, contractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.
· Support project close-out, handover and lessons-learned processes.

Requirements
Experience& Requirements
· BSc or BEng in Engineering or a related technical field.
· Professional Engineer registration or eligibility for registration with a recognised engineering body such as ECSA.
· Minimum 5 years of project-management experience in engineering, mining or drilling environments.
· Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects from initiation through completion.
· Advanced knowledge of project-management principles, tools and methodologies.
· Valid medical certificate / fitness and Code 08 driver's licence.
Advantageous
· PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification.
· MS Project or comparable project-planning software.
· AutoCAD or similar engineering-design exposure.
· Formal leadership training.
