Parts Crib Attendant - 2nd shift at Cooper Farms in Saint Henry, OH

Cooper Farms is hiring 1st shift Food Production team members at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 2:30pm-11:00pm
  • Every other Saturday (hours vary)

What You'll Do

• Work with maintenance personnel in ordering specific parts.
• Maintain and organize parts crib
• Learn and work in the I-maint system.
• Ensure all incoming parts and materials are put away in a timely manner while keeping the storeroom organized

No experience required. Training is provided.

What We're Looking For

• Must at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must have good organization and communication skills
• Must be able to lift over 35 pounds.
• Must be able to control inventory by cycle counting and checking in parts when needed.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and walkie
• Must be able to work overtime
