Be the First

You’ll be Converteo’s first BDR on the ground in North America. We already work with LVMH, Kering, L’Oréal, Lacoste, and Accor. Alongside our Director of Business Development, you’ll bring proven AI solutions to leading Beauty, Luxury, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Travel & Hospitality brands.

About Converteo

Converteo is a Data & AI consultancy that turns AI pilots into production-grade agent systems for enterprise brands. In North America, we operate like a startup with the backing of an established global firm:

• 18 years of Data & AI expertise, founded in Paris in 2007

• 500+ experts serving 200+ enterprise clients

• Premier Google Cloud Partner, with 50+ agentic AI projects already in production

• Offices in Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, and Madrid

Why This Role Is Different

No crowded sales floor. As a Founding BDR, you’ll take on more scope than a typical BDR, shape how we sell across North America, and set the standard for those who follow. And you’re not selling a promise: the world’s leading brands already buy what we offer.

What You’ll Do

• Build the Outbound Engine: Partner daily with our Director of Business Development to design and scale campaigns across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video.

• Lead With Hooks Executives Want: Open doors with CMOs, CDOs, VPs of eCommerce, and Heads of AI using offers like GEO Audits, which show how a brand appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

• Stay in the Deal: Join discovery calls, help scope projects, and follow your opportunities to signature.

• Work the Room: Fill leadership’s calendar before major retail, luxury, and AI conferences, then meet prospects on-site.

• Bring Your Own Ideas: Test new plays and AI-assisted workflows on a modern, compliant stack (Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot).

You’ll Thrive Here If…

You’ve hit quota, know you can beat it, and want a seat where uncapped really means uncapped.

• You’re a Proven Hunter: 2 to 3+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or tech sales (gained in any country), with a record of beating quota and multithreading enterprise accounts. “No” doesn’t slow you down.

• You Know North American Buyers: You’ve prospected into US or Canadian enterprise accounts.

• You’re Coachable and Stack-Savvy: You take feedback well and work fluently in Sales Navigator, a sequencing tool, and a CRM like HubSpot.

• You’re Curious About AI: No coding needed, just real interest in how AI is changing the way brands sell.

• Bonus Points: Experience in Beauty, Luxury, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharma, or Travel, or French for Quebec-based brands (not required).

What’s In It For You (Compensation & Career Growth)

Base salary plus uncapped commission. All amounts in CAD.

• Base Salary: $60,000 CAD

• Target Variable (uncapped): $40,000 CAD
